How to use
Mobile Voucher
- 01Access the ticket reservation page
- Access BIFF website(biff.kr) and click [TICKET BOOKING] button.
- 02Enter your login information
- Email and 6 Digits of Password.
- 03Select movie viewing details and choose seats
- Select movie viewing details (Date, Film, Number of attendees) and choose desired seats.
- 04Choose [Standard] and click [Next page].
- Choose [Standard] and click [Next page].
- 05Enter the Voucher Number
- Choose [Mobile Voucher] as the payment method. Enter the Voucher Number(20-digit) sent to your email.
- 06Complete the payment
- Complete the payment.
- This voucher is only valid for online ticket reservations. (NOT available at BIFF Ticket Box.)
Notice
- Mobile Voucher Cancel/Refund
- You can cancel the voucher yourself and receive a full refund with no extra fee.
- If you register a voucher code on the payment page, it won't be able to cancel the voucher independently.
- All of the unused vouchers until the expiration date will be refunded automatically after the end of the festival.
- Once you register it during payment, you cannot delete or share your voucher number.
- Your Mobile Voucher will be returned to you when canceling reservations paid with it.
- If you will not be attending, please cancel your tickets at least 30 minutes before the movie starts.
- This voucher is only valid for online ticket reservations. (It cannot be used at BIFF Ticket Box.)
- You can use your Mobile Vouchers to buy screenings priced at KRW 10,000.
- Screenings with different prices cannot be reserved.
