Marking its 5th edition under the 30th Busan International Film Festival, BIFF Everywhere presents the 2025 theme ‘Wind Path’. 15 paths have been paved with the hope that those exhausted by busy daily life can find their way to the film festival.
This year, BIFF Everywhere once again bids farewell to departing travelers at Gimhae International Airport and presents the captivating spectacle of the dancing fountain show, along with film soundtracks, at the Dadaepo Sunset Fountain of Dreams. Audiences can enjoy views of North Port and the Busan Harbor Bridge from the outdoor theater at the emerging night-view hotspot, 168 The deck. They can also explore the large-scale eco-friendly waterfront city, Eco Delta City, meet the excitement of galloping horses at Let's Run Park, and listen to coffee and life stories shared by baristas. These experiences showcase both Busan’s warm traditional character and its evolving contemporary trends.
The program has expanded through unprecedented collaboration, supported by local communities and various institutions. The Republic of Korea Navy will partner with BIFF Everywhere for the 80th anniversary naval review, and Pusan National University Children's Hospital will host a special event in collaboration with the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation. With support from the Korean Film Council and the Korea Association of the Deaf, four screenings of barrier-free films and sign language films will be presented, removing viewing barriers. Additional events will include activities for sharing moments with pets and families, and networking opportunities for young entrepreneurs at Jeonpo Café Street.
