Theater Regulations

As a rule, each screening begins on schedule. Entry is allowed until 15 minutes after the screening starts. Please note that once screening begins, reserved seats may not guaranteed.
Admission to the theater is available 15 minutes before the screening begins. It is subject to change depending on the situation on-site. Please follow the guidance of the staff and volunteers.

All theaters operate on a designated seat system, and designated seats are not guaranteed for audiences entering after the screening begins.
※ For Open Cinema section in the BIFF Theatre, non-designated seats are available, and you can enter on a first-come, first-served basis.

You must present a valid ticket (mobile or paper) at the theater entrance.
Screenshot of mobile tickets or reservation confirmation messages (such as E-mail or Texts) will not be accepted and bearers will not be allowed to enter.
Attendance at the GV signifies consent to any photographs or videos taken during the session.

Ticket holders under the age of 19 are not allowed entry to X-rated movies.
Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to enter even if they are accompanied by their guardian.

Alcoholic beverages or foods purchased outside the Cinema are not allowed.
※ Only bottled water is allowed in the Busan Cinema Center Haneulyeon Theatre, the KOFIC Theater, Dongseo University Sohyang Theatre ShinhanCard Hall, and Busan Community Media Center Open Hall.

All photography and video recordings are strictly forbidden, including during the trailers and the ending credits.
※ In the case of ‘Guest Visits’ or other events held in the theater, you may take photos following guidance from staff.

Please make a reservation considering the location and travel time of each theater.
We recommend using public transportation, as the Centum City area will be very crowded during the BIFF.
Please give your full cooperation to staff or volunteers in all event venues.
