2. Enter login information(Email, 6 Digits of Password)

3. Click [My page] button

4. Click [Mobile Ticket] button located under the Reservation Information

※ You must present a valid ticket (moblie or paper) upon theater entrance. We don't accept mobile tickets and reservation confirmation screenshots (such as Emails) for entry.

To receive your paper ticket, please present your mobile ticket at the BIFF Ticket Box.
※ We do not accept screenshots of mobile tickets, reservation confirmation emails, printed reservation details, reservation numbers, and personal information such as your name or phone number for ticket issuance.

Please note that our official website(biff.kr) is the only reservation site for the festival.

1. Visit the official Busan International Film Festival website (biff.kr) and click the [TICKET BOOKING] button.
2. Enter your login information (E-mail and 6-digit password).
3. Click the [My page] button.
4. Click the [Details] button located under the status.
5. Click the [See the receipt] button at the bottom of the Payment/discount detail information.
6. Click the [Print] button.

We operate a ticketing service center during the festival for audiences who have barrieres to accessing the internet and engaging online.

- Operation Period : September 17 (Wed) ~ September 26 (Fri)
- Eligible Users: Seniors aged 65 and over (born in 1960 or earlier), persons with disabilities
- Screenings Available for Purchase: Same-day screenings and the next morning's 1st and 2nd screenings excluding the Opening & Closing Ceremonys
*On the opening day, September 17, only the first and second showings on September 18 are available at the on-site ticket box.
*Available tickets are limited, for which we seek your understanding.

You can cancel your reserved tickets up to 30 minutes before the screening start time. To cancel your physical tickets, please visit the BIFF ticket box.

- Before the festival (until Sep 16): Cancellation fee will be NOT charged.
- During the festival (Sep 17-Sep 26): Cancellation fee per ticket will be KRW 1,000.
※ When cancelling, you will get a refund reduced by the cancellation fee depending on the timing of cancellation.
※ In case of screening schedule changes or cancellations announced by BIFF, we will offer a full refund with no additional charges during the festival.

It takes approximately 3 to 7 days, but please note that the refund processing time varies depending on the payment method.

You can cancel your tickets partially.
※ If you need to cancel your tickets paid with mobile vouchers and credit cards together, you need to cancel all.
※ You may charge a cancellation fee depending on the timing of cancellation.

If you wish to change your payment method after purchasing your ticket, please cancel the original reservation and create a new one.
Please note that you may lose your original reservations during this process.

If you cancel the ticket purchased with a mobile voucher online, you will receive the restored voucher numbers.

Admission to the theater is available 15 minutes before the screening begins. It is subject to change depending on the situation on-site.
Please follow the guidance of the staff and volunteers.

Busan International Film Festival operates on-time screenings in principle.
Viewers will not be allowed to enter the auditorium after the 15 minutes mark following the start of the screening.
If you arrive late than 15 minutes past the scheduled screening time, your seat cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, please present your mobile ticket at the entrance. We don't accept a screen grab of the ticket.

All photography and video recordings are strictly forbidden including the trailers and the ending credit.
※ In the case of a Guest Visits or other events held in the theater, you may take photos following the staff‘s guide.

Yes, we will assist you with entry during the intermission. Please follow the guidance of the on-site staff.

We may have an entrance limit based on media ratings.

- Under 48 months old: born in 2021 - NOT available for all screenings.

- 12: Film intended for audiences 12 and over (Born in 2013 and had their birthday).
- 15: Film intended for audiences 15 and over (Born in 2010 and had their birthday).
- 19: No one under 19 (Born in 2006) is allowed. Underage audiences accompanied by a parent or guardian are NOT allowed

* Korea has changed the legal adult age from 18 to 19, effective May 1, 2024.

※ We don't allow audiences under 19 to 19-rated films, even with their parents or guardians.
※ We don't allow infants under 4 years old, even with their parents or guardians.
※ For films rated 12 and 15, underage audiences accompanied by a parent or guardian are allowed.

To improve our events, we kindly request that you do not give gifts to guests during the events or talks.
Instead, please hand them to our staff when you leave after the event.

You may enter after the screening has finished, but please note that we reserve the right to reassign your seat due to late entry.
Please ensure you have your designated ticket with you and follow the guidance of our staff.

Yes, but please be cautious not to bother other audiences when leaving.

You are permitted to take photos and videos during a GV, but only from your assigned seat.
We strictly prohibit taking photos and videos during the actual screening.

We advise taking public transportation, as the festival venue is expected to be very crowded.

The opening film, No Other Choice, is rated PG-15 and is suitable for viewers who are 15 years old or older (those born in 2010 and who have already had their birthday this year). Please make sure to bring your ID card, as it may be requested at the entrance.

Even if you don't have tickets, you are still welcome to visit our event site.
