Notice on
ticket reservations

Ticket purchases for all seats are available online at the BIFF ticket website.
※ For the seats that are not sold out online or have been cancelled can be booked at the BIFF Ticket Box during the festival.
※ For digitally excluded audiences, we operate the BIFF Outdoor Ticket Box of Busan Cinema Center with a limited number of seats per film. (This service is available only to eligible users.)
- Reservations are possible for up to two tickets at once per screening and partialcancellation is allowed per ticket.
(For combined payments such as Mobile Vouchers withcredit cards, only full cancellation is possible.) - To receive paper ticket, you must present your mobile tickets at the BIFF Ticket Box.
- Lost or damaged paper tickets cannot be reissued.
- BIFF bears no responsibility for any disadvantages or issues arising from illegal transactions (such as premium ticket sales or ticket transfer fraud) or the transfer of tickets between individuals. Tickets must be purchased only through official sales channels.

Before the festival (until Sep 16)
Cancellation fee will be NOT chargedDuring the festival (Sep 17 - 26)
Cancellation fee per ticket will be KRW 1,000.※ When cancelling, you will get a refund reduced by the cancellation fee depending on the timing of cancellation.
- Reservations are possible for up to two tickets at once per screening and partial cancellation is allowed per ticket. (For combined payments such as Mobile Vouchers with credit cards, only full cancellation is possible.)
- Tickets purchased offline BIFF Ticket Box with a credit or debit card can be cancelled only if the issued ticket is present.
- In case of screening schedule changes or cancellations announced by BIFF, Full refunds will be offered until closing day, without any fees.

We operate a ticketing service center during the festival for audiences who have barriers to accessing the internet and engaging online.

- On the opening day, September 17, only the first and second showings on September 18 available at the ticket box.
- Available tickets are limited, for which we seek your understanding.
