Everything Everywhere All for Michelle

This Special Program in Focus is dedicated to celebrating the cinematic universe of Michelle Yeoh, this year’s recipient of The Asian Filmmaker of the Year, whose singular career has extended from Hong Kong and Asia to the global stage. The program showcases four films in total: three personally selected by Yeoh—Su Chao-Pin and John Woo’s Reign of Assassins (2010), Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert’s Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022), and Sean Baker’s short film Sandiwara (2026)—alongside Bai Xue’s new feature It’s My Time (2026), in which Yeoh stars and serves as executive producer. Spanning different eras and genres, these four films offer audiences a rich look into her ever expanding cinematic world and her dynamic ongoing journey.
