NAM Daeun

Korea Critic

NAM Daeun began her career as a film critic after winning the Cine21 Film Criticism Award in 2004. From 2018, she served as a regular contributor for the film magazine FILO for five years, and she currently writes the “RECORDER” column for Cine21. She is the author of several books, including Time of Emotion and Desire: Living in Cinema (2015), Memories of Murder: Eyes That Never Closed (2025), and Becoming Bong Joon-ho: Textbooks and Mentors That Formed Him (co-authored, 2025)

SHIN Yeon-shick

Korea Director

Director SHIN Yeon-shick was born in Seoul in 1976. He drew attention from the film industry for his meticulous yet restrained filmmaking in The Fair Love (2010) starring AHN Sung-ki and LEE Ha-na. In 2016, he won several screenwriting awards for DONGJU: The Portrait of a Poet (2016), which he also produced. Since then, he has continued to build a diverse body of work, including The Avian Kind (2014), Romans 8:37 (2017), Cassiopeia (2022), Cobweb (2023), Uncle SamSik (2024), and One Win (2025)..

LEE Jiwon

Korea Director

LEE Jiwon won Best Rookie Director at the 55th Baeksang Awards and Film of the Year at the 19th Director’s Cut Awards with her debut feature, Miss Baek (2018). She wrote and directed the drama Climax (2026), which explores the desires and downfalls of diverse characters, as well as a portrait of humanity through tightly interconnected relationships. Her latest film, Portrait of a Family (2026), depicts the solidarity and redemption of people living with trauma.
