At the river of Purgatory, the border between life and death, there lives a Thief Specter who steals the souls of babies. He changes his appearance and size and enters human villages. People living in a small village near the river build walls and prepare as best they can to protect the babies. The film is a CG animation, and the animated characters mix well with chilling fear and drastic reversals.
