Stepan KOVAL
Koval Stepan was born in 1965 in Novomoskovsk, Ukraine. After studying architecture at the Academy of Arts in Kiev in 1993, he attended that city’s Theatrical Institute to study animated films and graduated in 1998. “Tram No.9 Goes” won the Silver Bear for Best short film at the 2003 International Berlin International Film Festival.
