P.R. Monencillo Patindol is based in Leyte, the Philippines. His short film Still (2016) won the Youth Jury Prize at the Singapore International Film Festival and the Best Short Film Award at the Cinemalaya Film Festival. Shoredust is the winner of the NETPAC Short Film Award at the 2024 Cinemalaya Film Festival.
