Mao and Ukiya are in the same gang at Ishido High School. When the impetuous Ukiya sees Izumi, a recent transfer student and platform diver, he falls madly in love. Immediately, he asks his friend Miki to divine their compatibility. A computer-whiz proficient in all kinds of horoscopes, Miki determines that the two are incompatible and that Izumi′s stars appear dangerously unique. After suffering a mishap in the pool, Izumi sets off for Mount Miko′s spring and Mao tags along. They reach the water source and discover a myterious, large rock...

Born January 15, 1957 in Hakata, Japan. His first 16mm film <Crazy Thunder Road> (1980) entered Kinema Jumpo’s Best Ten films of the year list, marking Ishii as s leader of Japan’s new wave. His film <Crazy Family> (1984) won the Grand-Prix at the 8th Salso Film Festival in Italy and in 1992, he directed <Tokyo Blood>.
