Nadia, Butterfly is an intimate coming-of-age drama, but it does not provide any clear convictions or immediate answers to the protagonist’s quest. The camera unhurriedly captures Nadia as she gets intoxicated, sings karaoke, has a one-night stand with a stranger, and fumbles through the streets aimlessly.
