Rajesh Prasad Khatri, a self-taught filmmaker, working as a primary level school teacher in his village. A Curious Girl (2017) is his debut short film, which was world premiered at the Busan International Film Festival and won Grand Prix (Best Short Film) at Berlinale Generation Kplus Competition 2018. A Scarecrow (2019) is his second short film that secured the President′s Special Recognition Award in the AFA-MPA film pitch competition. Now, he is developing the script of his first feature film Black and White Photo which received the Script Development Fund of Asian Cinema Fund (ACF-2019).
