This autobiographical short tracks the single day the filmmaker’s parents—dad, a recycling center worker and mom, already a mother, newly wed to him and pregnant with Hong—went from essentially strangers to intimate lovers and partners.
Director
HONG Cheng
Hong was a media photographer before shifting to cinematography and directing. He was a documentary film photographer on the film Tuya’s Marriage and on several nature documentaries. He directed the short film late and the documentary The road father walked - Qiaoqiao Xi and Yuanping Xi traveling the road father walked.
