A prostitute’s only source of happiness stems from sending letters to a radio DJ and listening to him read them on air. Devastated by her bleak circumstances, she stops writing one day, leaving him desperately waiting to hear from her again. Locked in solitary existences constrained in the bridle of life, voyeuristic cinematography secretly captures the characters’ suffocating realities. (CHO Young-jung)
