There is a legend about the French author and painter Francois Augieras who is said to have painted a fresco in Africa during the mid-20th century ? when one of his pieces was destroyed, he painted it again and then buried it in a bunker in the desert. A group of men decide to go looking for this bunker with a map in hand. Meanwhile, Abdalla is kicked out of a group of black soldiers and decides to pretend to be a painter. A sand dune near the ocean, a group of bikers, a baobab tree that looks like a skull, a bronze talisman, stone fish, a surprise attack, a one-way ticket, and a mystery. What will happen if the one thing that can be shared is destroyed? Set in an African desert, the movie unfolds as a riddle ? the cycle of death, life, and resurrection. The early narration magically draws us to the mystic fable, and the experimental method doesn’t allow the narrative to stay chronological, creating a special mystery to permeate throughout the entire movie.
