In an attempt to save his junkie son Joe, Eddie agrees to do a mysterious pick up with the help of Joe’s girlfriend Liz. On their trip toward Ulster, located in the central part of the country, they pick up a lamb. However, since Liz has to visit her son’s place on the same day, it is not easy to deliver this lamb. They continue to move on little by little, going through funny, sad and sometimes confusing adventures. Liz who struggles with drug addiction herself tries to maintain her relationship with her disabled son who lives with his stepparents but there is nothing she can do. Eddie, an overweight former accountant, does his best to play the role of a drug smuggler but his habit of enjoying looking at birds and constantly shaking the lamb is far from that of a tough guy. In the context of unexpected heroic actions and unrealistic birds, Eddie’s human love and Liz’s painful past are connected with each other, leading to heal the two characters’ wound. (Jay JEON)
