Nairobi, Kenya. Through the tall buildings and shadows of clouds, a car with a happy family is being seen. When a woman, who appears to be the mother of the family, gets out of the car, the time shifts to the present. The film shows a teenage girl who paints heart shapes on the wall; and when the time shifts back to the past, the film shows Arabs preparing for terrorism. The film was dedicated to remembering the terror which occurred in Nairobi a year before. Mellifluous yet touching music and plot are outstanding, and they add, through excellent editing, more suspense toward the ending. The plot develops with a girl who lost her mother and a policeman who lost his close fellow, and the film criticizes the terrorism while expressing condolences to the innocent victims. Best Kenyan film of the year.
