Felicia is a helper taking care of Anna who is confined to a wheelchair after dementia. Enduring temperamental and unmanageable Anna, she seldom keeps contact with the outside other than the nurse Michelle who visits occasionally. As the relationship with Anna changes, their time changes, too. This is an interesting independent film which shows how two isolated people form a relationship with each other dynamically. Silent long takes of fixed camera and repeating close-ups of the back of the characters suggest the inside of the characters beyond the psychological isolation, and that inside continues and influences the mood of the film. This is Gasperis’ first feature film.
