Working at a supermarket, Junwei secretly loves his colleague, Surien. One night while working together with her, his friend, Sanshui, returns to the supermarket for revenge because his winning lottery ticket has been canceled due to a mistake by the owner. During his revenge real burglars attack the supermarket. Now, Junwei must step forward to save his love and his adventure begins. A night at the supermarket with burglars is very long, so there need many episodes for the story to be exciting. [One Night in Supermarket] is a witty and impressive work by a young director with filled with interesting episodes and ideas that take place through the course of one night. Developing the relationships among the characters in every incident, this film successfully accomplishes the harmony and dynamics of the characters including the charming side of a Chinese pop idol.
