Program Note
The director shows the strike of the irregular employees of GM Daewoo through a first person perspective. The camera calmly questions the reason of the conflict, where it is headed, and whether there is a chance of success. The director also shows the strikers’ thoughts through his own voice. Like the image that is shot from the descending camera, a strange thing happens. At the fierce scene, the viewer comes to question his own reality and the unconsciousness of the director.(HONG Hyosook)
