Born in Bucharest, Romania in 1977. Graduated in 2003 the filmmaking Department of Media University Bucharest . He worked as assistant director for feature films shot in Romania and directed short films such as [Wrestling] (2003), [The Black Sea] (2004). [The Tube with a Hat] won the Jury Prize in International Short Filmmaking in Sundance.
