In the aftermath of her father’s traumatizing death, Gaile, a children’s speech therapist, finds herself unable to feel any kind of emotion. But when a series of videotaped events-increasingly aggressive and hideous-stoke dormant feelings in her, Gaile begins to rely on them to reconnect with her humanity and hopefully lead her to a catharsis. Her outrageous behavior causes concern for those caught in the wake of her quest to simply feel.
