To pay for his mother’s medical payments, a man borrows money from a loan shark and is then beaten for not paying back on time. His father--an incompetent man--pays no attention to his scars, and his girl friend leaves him because of the money problems. In the mean time, the loan shark threatens to cut off his fingers. Now the man wishes that his mother will soon die. Thus the film poses the question of fine line between morality and sin. (Hong Hyosook)
