A red flag hangs from a flagpole, and the sound of the national Soviet anthem rings aloud. Suddenly amidst the suppression and poverty a will of freedom arises, and the people uprise. What the mass has gained after the bloodshed and the sacrifice, however, is a clown wearing yellow clothes with a flag of ′McDonald’s. This animation is a comedy with a striking usage of black lines and contrasting colors to reveal threats of capitalism. (Hong Hyosook)
