A doctor is making his way through the corridors of a vast medieval hospital. He enters the X-ray room, where we catch a glimpse of the process as performed five hundred years ago. He then continues into the operating theatre, where a patient is anaesthetized and operated upon. The procedure works, but there is something wrong with the methodology.
