The motivations of the Slovak people, their notions of daily existence and their dreams examined. Central to the film is the subject of poverty, and the unwillingness of Slovaks to live in the present. The film is a reflection of the world, the time and the place we live in, where the feeling of poverty often comes only as result of an inability to step out of what might seem to be a closed circle.
