Audrey Moon, a Ph.D. candidate in behavioral psychology, is conducting a female condom study, and recruiting subjects at a women’s clinic, one of whom is Serena. Audrey always strives to maintain a professional distance. But she starts to lose all objectivity when she discovers Serena is dating her ex. As she crosses the professional line, her usual clear-headedness becomes clouded with emotion. Meanwhile, Serena grows more attached to Audrey. Their meetings become more intimate, with each woman divulging her secrets and fears. There is one last secret, though, that could ruin their burgeoning friendship.
