If You Were Me - Anima Vision 2 is the 5th film and also the 2nd animation film of the Human Rights Film Project supported by the National Human Rights Commission of Korea. Directed by notable young animation directors of today, this film includes 6 episodes about homosexuals, the disabled, a working mother and her baby, the macho complex of men, valuing too much on appearances, and migrant women issues. Taking the imaginative views that can only be possible in animations, these short episodes unfold the tales of today with wit and wisdom. Episodes include Lies - a story about K, who is a gay but decides to accept a contractual marriage just to get away from his irritating parents; The Third Wish - a story about a blind girl who encounters a fairy who makes her wish come true; Baby - a close-up of a working mother flustered with her baby; Peeling - an infantile dialogue about circumcision amongst men with a macho complex; Merry Golasmas - a biting satire on the social trend for valuing appearances; and Shine Shine Shining - a story about a child who has Filipino mother.
