Program Note
A TV station documentary team has realized that they have lost their video footage of arctic animals, which is supposed to go on the air soon. Trying to meet the upcoming broadcasting schedule, the team decides to go on a location for rare animals inhabiting the civilian passage restriction line instead of retrieving the missing tape. But what they face at the location is something horrible and unexpected. Are they - or we - really able to overcome the obstacles in front of us at any time? What can we do when we face a feeling of helplessness in our life? The director’s witty angle stands out as he follows the subtle emotions of the people in an extreme situation. (Hong Hyosook)
