Set in Musseulmo (means "of no use") High-school, the ivy league of sexual pleasure, where the president and vice-president of the student`s association are an officially recognized S&M couple, and the teachers and students alike leave school early because of venereal disease. `Poor Girl` supports her family through sex-trafficking; a luxurious pretty-boy named Anthony transfers from a school in Switzerland; and `One-eyed boy` is the only virgin in the entire school, while his brother `Two-eyed boy` falls in “unrequited” love. Based on the comic of the same title, this might be the most sexually vulgar film amongst Korean mainstream movies. However this vulgarity is not disguised or colored but described as ordinary and trivial things. At the same time, the serious themes of life such as poverty, love and dreams are dealt with in a natural way. This film, where different kinds of people naturally live together and coolly communicate with each other, is full of energy and power that exist only in the kitsch mentality. Outstanding are the flashy colors and the surrealistic and grotesque imagination that comes alive in the film. (Huh Moon-yung)
