A Bollywood-style superhero film. The concept of a superhero never deviates too much from its original Hollywood incarnation; look at Superman as an example. The transformation of an ordinary person into a superhero, a father who passes on powers to his son, the woman who loves the superhero. Rakesh Roshan also adds the unusual elements of Bollywood cinema and Hong Kong action films to this mix. Krishna lives in a mountain village in India with his grandmother. One day, he meets and falls in love with Priya, a visitor from Singapore. When Priya finds out about Krishna`s supernatural powers, she lures him to Singapore to appear on TV. In Singapore, Krishna uncovers a plot by Arya, a scientist who plans to exploit his father Rohit`s supernatural powers to build a computer that can look into the future. Using his own supernatural powers, Krishna rescues his father and wins Priya`s heart. The film features Bollywood-style dancing and singing, as well as breathtaking stunts by Hong Kong`s famed martial arts director Ching Siu Tung.
