Kiyoshi Tanokura announces that after 35 years of hard work, he has finally developed a time machine. One critic questions the moral implications, but Kiyoshi brushes him off ? moral problems belong to philosophers, not engineers. But when a rebel group of time travelers appears warning Kiyoshi his life is in danger, followed by a wave of eerie, ghost-like men, bent on world domination and killing Kiyoshi, he starts to realize the repercussions of his invention.
