Program Note
Ki-suk working at a factory has feelings for an immigrant co-worker HA. As a weekend came, Ki-suk asked her out to dinner and to driving. One the day, he`s happy with thinking of dating with her, but soon finds out HA brings her boyfriend with her.

Jinwoo Lee
Born in 1971, Lee Jin-woo directed several shorts, [I Love You](1998), [Pig Dream](1999), [GOD](2001), [Simple Passion](2003), and Narrower than Skin(2004), which were introduced to many film festivals. [GOD] was invited to the Hong Kong International Film Festival and Rotterdam Film Festival, and [Simple Passion] won the Kodak Award at the Pusan Asian Short Film Festival. [Sundays in August] is his first feature film.
