Kang-sik`s speech-impaired single mother has raised him despite the fact that his father ran away from the home and the family. A martial artist, Kang-sik quits fighting because of an unfair judgment, and when his girl friend, Se-rah, gets pregnant, he asks his mother to leave their home. Though she`s deeply hurt, his mother begins martial arts training as a way to express herself, leading to her decision to fight in the ring for her son, her daughter-in-law, and herself.
