Program Note
One day, a broken UFO falls into the house of a girl called Funny. Corona and Crescent, the fallen extra terrestrials, become Funny′s pets. Together, they go through several adventures, from hunting with African masks to taking care of a cabbage baby to a black hole extraction in Corona′s mouth. From temperamental artists to a ride on a rainbow, Pets! is a crazy and surreal comedy.
Director
Ryuji Masuda
He was born in 1968 in Japan, and graduated from Osaka University of Arts. He became a freelance writer and director after he tenured at game company for several years . In 1999, he made a unique 3DCG animation series titled POPEE THE PERFORMER. This was exceptionally a big hit as animation of cable TV. He also directed the rock star Keigo Iwase`s music video, DRIVE CAR. MR.STAIN ON JUNK ALLEY is another recent work of Ryuji Masuda.
