During Korea′s current fiscal crisis, a jobless man reminisces about his life with the Korean-style vodka known as soju (the "ALC 25%" of the film′s title), bringing back bittersweet memories of the loss of his mother′s soju bar cart and recollections of the molotov cocktails college students made from soju bottles.
