Although poor, a grandfather, Kim Soon-bong lives in dignity. Since he has a son, he cannot receive special allowance, so he makes a living by selling junk. When Kim Soon-bong forgets and leaves the money his poor son gave him on the bus, he is swept with a sense of despair and decides to commit suicide. The film emphasizes with a warm gaze that our life can be maintained with not such big hope.
