The jury members for the Actor of the Year Award, which recognizes actors with outstanding performances and exceptional potential, have been announced! ✨
Presented to one male and one female actor from films selected for the Vision - Korea section, the award comes with a cash prize of KRW 5 million for each recipient. Each year, one leading male and one leading female actor representing Korean cinema serve on the jury.

This year, actors YOO Yeon Seok and KO Asung, both known for their acting depth and distinctive screen presence, will serve as jurors. 🔥
They will also attend the Busan Vision Awards during BIFF and present the awards to this year’s winners!

The New Currents Award recognizes an outstanding debut feature by an emerging director from the Competition or Vision sections, with the winner receiving a cash prize of KRW 20 million.
