Sibyl, a psychoanalyst, is about to stop working to write a novel when a young actress in the middle of a love crisis becomes her client. Sibyl sees in her patient the literary fiction that she missed and follows her on a shoot in Italy. Painful memories of one′s own married life then come to the surface.
