Talk-to-Talk brings filmmakers and audiences together for open conversations throughout the Festival.
This year, audiences can meet a wide range of guests—from the directors and actors of Vision Korea to the cast of SNL Korea—and hear their stories firsthand. 🎬🙌
And one favorite from last year is back! 😍
After winning over audiences in its first edition, Talk-to-Talk Scene Stealers: Steal the Spotlight returns with six actors who have made their mark across film, streaming platforms, and the stage.

First up: Kim Kukhee, Kim Jaechul, and Gong Minjeung—three powerhouse actors who bring depth to every project they take on.
And there’s more!

Park Jiyeon, Im Seongjae, and Kim Junhan will also join the lineup, each with an impressive body of work and a distinctive presence all their own.

Community BIFF is back with another packed program!
Now in its ninth edition, Community BIFF returns to Nampo-dong in Busan’s historic downtown.
Here, audiences take the lead in shaping the Festival. ✨
Kicking off with The Night Before BIFF, this year’s program has plenty in store.
Ten citizen-made films will debut, alongside outdoor screenings and stage greetings at Nampo-dong BIFF Square.

1️⃣ Master Talk
What better way to revisit a favorite film than with the people who brought it to life?
Master Talk turns the screening into a live, interactive commentary experience, with real-time insights and conversations along the way. 🎇
This year, Waikiki Brothers returns with YIM Soon-rye and PARK Hae-il as Yim marks 30 years since her feature debut, while RYOO Seungwan and JUNG Doo-hong revisit The City of Violence for its 20th anniversary. 🙌

Where cinema meets music, publishing, food, drama, new media, and more—
Community BIFF Collection spotlights creators who are reshaping contemporary culture across boundaries.
This year, the program presents 16 films—six features and ten shorts—along with a lineup of special encounters. 🎬🫶

A festival shaped by its audience!
This year, Request Cinema received a record-breaking 92 program proposals featuring 209 films. 🔥
With votes cast by 5,035 audience members, 18 programs were selected, bringing 26 films to the screen!

4️⃣ The Cinephiles Strike Back
No titles. No hints. Just trust the experts and take the plunge. 😎
The Cinephiles Strike Back invites audiences to watch handpicked films with absolutely no prior information, then come together to share their own interpretations and dive into lively discussion.
Back by popular demand, this year’s program features two sessions and four surprise screenings.
And the titles? They stay under wraps until the screening begins—but the guest lineup alone is already enough to get us excited.
