In 2002, Iran enforced numerous restrictions on performing rock concerts. This creative oppression inspired a ten-member group of music fans to hold a contest on the Internet for Tehran′s underground rock bands.

Mojtaba Mirtahmasb
Born in 1971 in the city of Kerman, Iran, Mirtahmasb was educated at Art University of Tehran, majoring in Arts in Architecture and Handicrafts. Since 1990, he worked as assistant director ans assitant sound recordist mostly in documentary filmmaking.
