Program Note
Made by students of the Poland Public Circus Institute, this film captures the abstract and geometrical movement of objects. The camera focuses on life behind rather than on the stage. Cross editing between audience’s applause and students practicing illustrates the glory and passion of the clowns. Perhaps the underlying message the director attempts to convey is the idea of “hope” which is so colorfully described here.
