I'd like to give a gift to the guest during the GV, am I able to give it directly?
For the smooth process, it is difficult to deliver gifts to guests when GV is in progress. (Delivered to staff when leaving, after GV ends)
I would like to attend only GV for coverage, is it possible?
You can enter after the screening ends.
You must have a ticket for the screening, and please understand that a reserved seat may not be guaranteed for late admission after the screening has started. Please cooperate with the guidance of the on-site staff.
Am I allowed to leave during the middle of the GV event?
Yes, it is possible. However, please be careful not to cause inconvenience to other audiences.
Is it possible to take photographs during GV?
You can take photos and videos while GV is in progress, but please take them only in the designated seats.
(However, you cannot take photos or videos during the screening.)

How do I pick up my badge?
You can pick up your badge by presenting your unique number along with a valid ID or passport.
*Please note that badges cannot be collected by a proxy.
ON-SITE BADGE ISSUANCE
Festival badge on-site issuance is only available for those who have the following documents.
- If you are in a new company or organization, which has not been registered for BIFF, please submit your company's business license and company introduction.
- If you are applying under an already registered company, please submit at least one of the following: employment certificate (issued within the last 3 months), personal biography, article, or IMDB link. (Business card or employee ID is not acceptable.)
- If you are a freelancer, please submit at least one of the following: IMDB link or a capture image of the ending credit with your name on it.
- If you are a film major professor, please submit your tenure certificate; if you are a non-film major professor, please submit a syllabus showing your film and video courses.
For the Press badge accreditation, please fill the on-site registration form and pay an administrative fee of KRW 50,000.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Payment is available with credit/debit card or cash. (Account transfer is not available.)
I would like to know the refund process after receiving the badge on-site.
After paying the administrative fee, you can request a refund with a 30% deduction.
Badges purchased online during the early/general registration period are refundable until 15:00, September 20(KST).
Refunds will not be available after this time.

PHOTO GUIDELINE
For identification purposes, your badge photo must meet the following requirements
- A clear, high-quality color photo with your face facing forward
- No photos with hats, headphones, sunglasses, etc.
- Photos taken within the last 6 months
- File format is JPG only
- Business card size of 354*472 (3*4 ratio)
- File name must be in Korean or English without any special characters
* If an error occurs when uploading or saving a photo, please try renaming the file or try with a new photo.
BADGE LOST
Please wear your badge at all times, as you will not be able to access your badge benefits without it.
When you enter the theater using the film ticket issued by your badge, we will check your badge with your ticket.
When reissuing a badge due to loss or damage, there is a KRW 10,000 reissue fee for the Festival/Cinephile/Press/Platform Busan badge and a KRW 20,000 for the Market badge.
Once the badge is reissued, the previous badge will become invalid.
GUEST TICKET GUIDE FOR BADGE HOLDERS
Guest ticket reservations are free of charge, and tickets issued with badges cannot be transferred to others.
When entering the movie theater, we check your badge and ticket, and you cannot enter without a badge.
CANCELLATION OF GUEST TICKET
In case of repeated no-shows, you may be denied ticket reservation and/or badge registration.
Please cancel the reservation by 30 minutes before the film starts or return the paper ticket at the BIFF Ticket Box, in case you cannot attend the screening.
Can I buy tickets at the site?
All seats are sold by online reservation. However, only films that are not sold out by online reservations will be sold at the BIFF Ticket Box.
* If you want to issue a paper ticket after the online reservation, it’s available at the BIFF Ticket Box.
How do I check my mobile ticket?

2. Click the Reservation Details Confirm/Cancel button
3. Enter login information (Name, E-mail, 6 Digits of Password)
4. Click on the Screenings
※ Entry may be delayed due to login errors, so please fill in the login information correctly when booking.
※ You cannot enter the theater only with the captured screen or reservation number.
What should I do if I want a paper ticket?
You can be issued a paper ticket if you show the reservation details mobile ticket you received through SMS, and not a capture screen to the BIFF Ticket Box.
Can I make a reservation on the CGV/LOTTE CINEMA/Busan Cinema Center websites?
Reservations for film screening at Film Festival can only be made through the ticket reservation page of the Busan International Film Festival. (not available on external websites)

I lost (or damaged) my paper ticket. Can I be re-issued?
If a paper ticket is lost or damaged due to the negligence of the purchaser, it cannot be re-issued.

If you need a receipt, please contact the Busan International Film Festival Call Center (1666-9177).
How much is a guest ticket?
It is free if you reserve your ticket with a Guest Badge.
How do I cancel a reserved ticket?
Reservation can be canceled online up to 30 minutes before the start of the screening.

When will I get a refund after canceling the reservation?
It takes about 3 to 7 days, but please note that the time required for refund varies depending on the payment method.

How many minutes before the screening may I enter?
Admission to the theater is available 15 minutes before the screening begins. It is subject to change depending on the situation on-site.
Please follow the guidance of the staff and volunteers.
Can I enter after the screening starts?
Busan International Film Festival operates on-time screenings in principle.
Viewers will not be allowed to enter the auditorium after the 15 minutes mark following the start of the screening.
If you arrive late than 15 minutes past the scheduled screening time, your seat cannot be guaranteed.
I made a reservation online, can I enter immediately?
If you show your mobile ticket for immediate entry. However, you cannot enter with a screen capture of the mobile ticket.
Can I take photos or videos while watching a movie?
All photography and video recordings are strictly forbidden including the trailers and the ending credit.
※ In the case of a Guest Visits or other events held in the theater, you may take photos following the staff‘s guide.
For the Midnight Passion screening, can I enter during the screening?
Staff will guide you to the available seat during the intermission, and re-entry is possible. Please follow the guidance of the on-site staff.

Lost properties are kept at the information desk closest to where they were found.

How are the film ratings?
Admission to theater is restricted according to the film ratings.
* ALL (General): A rating that all audience can watch
* Under 12 not admitted: Those under the age of 12 (born in 2012) are not allowed to watch
* Under 15 not admitted: Those under the age of 15 (born in 2009) are not allowed to watch
* Under 19 not admitted: Those under the age of 19 (born in 2005) are not allowed to watch
※ In the case of the ‘Under 19 not admitted’ movies, minors (under the age of 19), including those attending high school, are not permitted to enter even if accompanied by a guardian.
※ Children under the age of 4 are restricted from entering even if accompanied by a parent.
Can I leave my belongings at the information desk (volunteers) for a while?
Please keep your belongings simply to avoid inconvenience to other audiences. Audience visiting CGV Centum City and Lotte Cinema Centum City are requested to use the storage area within the department store. (Available until each closing time)
Can non-audiences visit the festival?
Even if you are not a film festival audience, you can simply visit.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask inside the theaters, and you will not be able to enter if you do not wear one. Please understand that you must wear a mask while watching the screenings. We recommend wearing a mask for outdoor schedule.
* Please wear a KF80/KF94 mask.
- Food and beverage sold at the theaters are allowed to be taken, but only bottled water with a lid is allowed at the Haneulyeon Theater and Sohyang Theater of the Busan Cinema Center. (No outside food allowed)
- To prevent the spread of COVID-19, theaters are ventilating using the internal system at least once a day and alcohol disinfection of seat handles.
- If you have a fever or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, etc.), please visit the nearest hospital and receive a rapid antigen test.
