Leigh and her husband Winston invite their closest friends over to celebrate Leigh’s 29th birthday. But the birthday party takes a sudden turn when she announces a shocking news to her friends that the evening may be the last time her friends see her alive. There are many reasons why the director Sean H.A Gallagher ‘s first feature Good Night is the one of the most impressive films this year. But one thing that stand out the most is the top notch performances of each and every actors in the film especially Adriene Mishler(Leigh) and Jonny Mars(Winston), thanks to the Gallagher’s fine direction and well thought-out script. Good Night touches a bit of social issues such as American health care system, but overly the film is about friendship and love of real people.
