Program Note

Unframed is an omnibus film project made by four actors who each wrote and directed an episode for themselves. Moon Choi′s Bandi tells the story of a girl named Bandi who lives with her mother (Moon Choi). Son Sukku′s RERUN follows a woman and her nephew on a short journey. Park Jeongmin′s Vote for ′I don′t know′ presents a compelling story, with tensions as strong as those often encountered in crime movies, showing the course of selecting a class president in an elementary school. It is interesting that it does not intentionally try to see children as the objects of innocence. Lee Jehoon′s Blue Happiness follows the experiences of a man (Jung Haein) involved in stock trading while seeking a job. It captures the little moments in our lives and delivers a strong message. PARK Jeongmin

In 2006, Park Jeongmin entered the film department of the Korea National University of Arts and transferred to the acting department after making a number of graduation works in which he appeared. Later, he made his debut as an actor through Bleak Night (2011) and directed a short film after 10 years. His main casts include Keys to the Heart (2018), Savaha : The Sixth Finger (2019), Start-up (2019), and Deliver Us from Evil (2020), etc.

SON Sukku

Son Sukku is an actor and challenged his first directing through Unframed. He′s trying to be relatable to the audience with unpretentious expressions. His major casts include the movie Hit-and-Run Squad (2019), and TV series Mother (2018), Matrimonial Chaos (2018), 60 Days, Designated Survivor (2019), and Sense 8 Season 2 (2018), Netflix Series.

Moon CHOI

Moon Choi majored in media promotion imaging and English literature at Yonsei University and first started acting at Yonhee Theater Club when she was in college. She debuted in 2009 with the movie Lifting King Kong, established a film creation organization called Seoulite Films, and participated in a total of four short films as a director and actor. Her main casts include films DongJu; The Portrait of a Poet (2016), Anarchist from Colony (2017), Okja (2017), Our Body (2019), Deliver Us from Evil (2020), and The Asian Angel (2021). She is exploring by asking what stories she can tell as a female actor and movie star in her 30s.

LEE Jehoon

Lee Jehoon made his face known as an actor in the movie Bleak Night (2011). Since then, he has been well-received for his impressive performances in various films such as Architecture 101 (2012), Anarchist from Colony (2017), I Can Speak (2017), Time to Hunt (2020), Collectors (2021), and TV series Signal (2016) and Taxi Driver (2021). He co-founded the production company HARDCUT in 2019 and made his directorial debut with Unframed (2021), for which he wrote his own script.
