Program Note
This short film was inspired by the filmmaker′s 5-day stav in Pusan and Seoul in 2001. Utilizing Korean advertisements, the film depicts a real love story, although ephemeral, that began and ended within a time span of 24 hours in Korea.

In 2004, Time Magazine named Royston Tan one of the “Top 20 Asian Heroes” for being bold, brave and remarkable in his field. Tan’s retrospective show 0104, a showcase featuring his award-winning short films over the last decade, has traveled worldwide. In 2006, Royston Tan’s second feature film, [4:30], held its world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival and won several international awards. In 2007, his 3rd feature film, [881], became the top grossing local film in Singapore.
