Mullet is about a sweet fish that no one wants to eat. Life in a small Australian fishing town is disrupted when its former football hero and local larrikin Eddie Maloney (Mullet) returns to face everything that he walked out on three years ago. Things have changed and people have moved. His brother Peter has married Mullet′s childhood sweetheart Tully, and Mullet is having trouble fitting in. Most of all, this film is about love, family and discovering that your brother is married to your childhood sweetheart.
