A personal documentary about the filmmaker’s 92 year-old grandmother. Takako Miura is 92 year-old and has lived alone since her husband died six years ago. She regards herself as the president of a radio station and is the announcer of a radio program every morning. However, one day she tires of her role and decides to retire from the broadcasting station. She waits for her retirement allowance and gifts, but in vain. She is annoyed with a world that falls short of her expectations and in her imagination, she listens to those who slanders her. One stormy night in anger she makes her last radio speech.
