Heo Young, who made films in Japan during the Japanese occupation of Korea including Japanese propagandas during Pacific War, is a forgotten name to Koreans. But he realized national consciousness when he was in Indonesia where his love of cinema began. The director Kim Jae-Bum spent two years to make this documentary through which one can understand Heo Young and his works.
